1) Do not install anything at R90.

2) Instead of the original R89, install W89 (i.e. just a bare jumper wire).

3) Instead of the original R88, install the 2.7 kΩ resistor (RED-VIO-RED) provided

with the Elecraft

KNB2 option, or the Rework Eliminator™ KNB2 Parts kit.
